Apparently they've started limited distribution here, but not at my bottle shop and I rarely see any of it anywhere else either. I saw mark gets some at his spot

Unfortunately, we're not walking distance to a grocery store and we were driven here. I was hoping to try CCB, but it's not looking good.

That was one of the best upgrades I made to my system. Been hitting gravities mostly spot on since I installed mine. Before the sight glass I was off on volumes, and thus gravities, by up to half a gallon or more.

I may be the one employee that has never expressed an attitude towards a customer haha I have stories though.. lots of stories.. the Wegmans motto "bend over backwards for the customer"

I'm looking forward to it tomorrow. I was good when doing 5 gallon batches, but when I do 10, I've been all over the place on volume.

The connection to the pot is fine. The thermometer connection not so much. Suggestions? Crank it down or use high temp Teflon tape?
