In my house, once it starts looking clear and hitting its peak,
that means it's about to kick.

This is awesome!

It's definitely a good beer, especially fresh.

Home and hanging out with SWMBO. Kids are having another sleepover at their grandparent's house, so I get to enjoy an Enjoy by. Kicked the growler of local stuff earlier at the party.

Started with whiskey sours earlier while still getting food ready, then some excellent chianti with the feast. Then I've had this with dessert and cards. All great but I have only one more beer left. :( Hopefully I can find some BCBS out here in BFE!

Supposedly the shipments to my local stores are delayed until Saturday or Monday due to last week's blizzard. I definitely want to get myself a bunch of this year's if possible.

This is a really fantastic pale ale.

Only good thing i've had so far was some 30 year old scotch and I don't like scotch but it was very nice!
Now this, young but tasty, stone fruit, tart.
This was a small batch and I started a 5 gallon batch after I tasted at bottling, hope it comes out as well, going to be fun seeing how this develops.

I assume you have no "funk" flavors yet? Bottled a month ago or brewed?
