@mattmmille 's Cherry Belle Saison. The color of the cherries definitely came through and makes for a great-to-look-at beer. The flavor is less apparent, but still there along with the spicy phenols from the saison yeast. Thoroughly enjoying this while watching the game get underway.

It's definitely a good beer, especially fresh.

Home and hanging out with SWMBO. Kids are having another sleepover at their grandparent's house, so I get to enjoy an Enjoy by. Kicked the growler of local stuff earlier at the party.

This was a small batch and I started a 5 gallon batch after I tasted at bottling, hope it comes out as well, going to be fun seeing how this develops.

My first first cook ever on it. And on Turkey Day. Turned out amazing. So happy with it.

The issue with this one is it's a nice change of pace, but I can't do more than 2 glasses in a row. I only made 2.5 gal, just seems to never end. Which is why I've switched to my cascade pale.
