Started with whiskey sours earlier while still getting food ready, then some excellent chianti with the feast. Then I've had this with dessert and cards. All great but I have only one more beer left.Hopefully I can find some BCBS out here in BFE!

Only good thing i've had so far was some 30 year old scotch and I don't like scotch but it was very nice!
Now this, young but tasty, stone fruit, tart.
This was a small batch and I started a 5 gallon batch after I tasted at bottling, hope it comes out as well, going to be fun seeing how this develops.
In my house, once it starts looking clear and hitting its peak,
that means it's about to kick.
I assume you have no "funk" flavors yet? Bottled a month ago or brewed?
