Just found out its a boy. Celebrating but No champagne on hand so I went with my Saison brewed with Jaimaca flowers(hibiscus).

Congrats! Still in the hospital with my first boy! Should go home tomorrow. .. Finally. Its really the best feeling in the world!

You cannot discuss distillation here. But you can buy a 50lb bag of cracked corn at any feed store...for your horse.

I think this is my first brew by Oregon Brewing...hard to believe. The Rogue Mocha Porter is good, IMO...chocolate in the nose, bitter up front (in a good way) and strong coffee. Lingers. Using to compare with my robust coffee porter homebrew.

Mine in a little lighter in color and body, but the coffee is more distinct...with an almost wine-like finish. The Rogue has better head retention, but the carb is similar. Honestly, I think I like the Rogue's flavor a little better, but aside from the head retention thing and a bit lighter body, I can see people going either way with personal preferences. Interesting.
