Ok, fair enough. My full strength Saisons are ~6.5%, and my Petite is 3.5%. So a little difference in scale there.

Still working on the last of the Bluebird. A nice super-fresh bottle for once. The rest of the bottles I picked up were on the stale side. Probably move to a bottle of my ~14% Quad next and then call it a night (for beer at least).

Pure Caps dominance in the first period, and another power play. I can get behind that.

Anything over 4% ABV for you is Imperial.

On to the behemoth Quad. For its ABV (13.9%), it's still a bit hot but at ~1.5 years old, it's manageable at this point.

you flocced up. you're only supposed to pour a very small amount in so you swirl & look at it while holding the glass sideways.

Its a little too strong. My least favorite but its not bad. Wine and stout does not mix well imo

My Major Nelson IPA...still overcarbed on the pour, but if I take it slowly, it's ok. It's still hoppy and tasty. Consolidating some boxes in the pipeline and gathering up some bottles, carriers and boxes for future bottling. De-labeling some bottles. Time to check in on Craigslist and see if any are up for grabs.

Not so much in the nose, but the cilantro hops bring out the lead on the back of the palate as it warms
