Having a quick taste of the Husdon Bourbon. It's really good. A bit hot for a bourbon, but still has a strong oak and vanilla flavor. Like it so far.

Little sad that nobody is drunk and rambling late tonight. I need someone to live vicariously through.

Coffee at work.

Last cup of coffee... Then a bit of a drive home... Then I think I will have something as black as coffee before sacking out.

My liver might give-out at tonight's wedding.

Coffee. Had some beers last night that were prety good such as La Folie, Hop the Pond, and Blocktoberfest. Tomorrow I get to brew my own recipe on a brewery's pilot system and they'll sell it. I suppose only if it doesn't suck. I'm hoping it doesn't suck.

Im sure it wont. ;) ill be doing the same for a local brewery. They are new and need some fresh new beers out the door or at their place.

It's for their first anniversary and there are 3 others but they're not brewers. It'll be okay. I think.

Sounds exciting. Good luck.

I'm guessing it'll turn-out fine. And they'll cage and cork the thing and mark it up by 800%. Sold. :D

I am admitting that summer is over and planning to spend the day getting my basement and bar into winter use condition.

EDIT: and drinking coffee...for now.

Nah. This brewery isn't like that. They're kegging it for their party.

I'm just agonizing over the 2.5 lbs of pecans in 10 gallons and whether that's enough.

Water.

Coffee

Hit the beers hard last night but I feel good

Looking at a house today! Bit of a fixer upper but I'm excited

Awesome! That is indeed exciting! Congratulations!

That is awesome. Grist is doing a homebrew competition where winner gets to do the same thing. Just bottled one of my saison to enter.
Drinking coffee.
