Finally bottling my Belgian IPA that was supposed to be bottled last weekend before all hell broke loose here. But, you don't want to listen to my bitching. It's Saturday! And I, for one, plan on getting sloppy. :D

In not sure any of us care, let alone read that rambling post of yours. ;)
 
Nearing the last of this round of BJCP practice judging (ie until payday on the 15th), Westmalle Tripel, Leffe Brune (I meant to grab the Blonde but wasn't paying attention, judged it as a "Belgian Specialty" Belgian Brown Ale), and now Hacker-Pschorr Weisse. Wittekerke Belgian Witbier will finish it off next.

Hb iipa. One gallon batch that I aged and then abused with centennial dry hopping. There is a lot of good going on here but a bad acidity as well as being bottled one week ago and being under carbed. I just wanted some home brew so I popped one of four bottles too soon.

Some seasonals I picked up for the swing tops. Hefe was pretty good, zwikle was a new style to me.

Morgazm was a pretty tasty one. A bit sweet, but good grapefruit taste.

Catching up after 12 Thursday, 15 yesterday and 4+ today. Life sucks. Haven't had less than 10 a day in a while. 300+ posts to go. Much will be consumed tonight.
