Wow! First home brew club meeting lasted almost four hours but was so much fun. Countless beers were had including tall grasses unreleased new wild plum and 16 bit. The home brews were all top notch. The tallgrass head brewer and brew pub head brewer are both members and great guys. Very glad i joined!

Finished bottling 78 bottles an hour ago. Fought my winged capper with Founders bottles... does anyone else have trouble capping Founders bottles? Two of them completely shattered, the rest were a pain in the buttox... it appears the lip is slightly larger... such a shame, I love the short and stout bottles. This is earned.

Its because of the small lip where the capper grabs on too. Its just too small for them to work easily. Im getting a bench one soon or i can big crown 750mls

I'm kidding. It's tough being frustrated and pissed, believe me I know. I hope you may have had another HB and had a chance to breathe a bit. Oh and start ordering from Salvio's where you can get some pretty good salads and sandwiches while the minions eat their damn pizza.

I'm drinking water. Must be up in two hours but at least it's to get ready to go start tailgating at like 8:30 for my first State game.
