It did seem ubersweet. Very potentially underfermented.

1st barleywine bottled. Sampled with green apple flavor. Was my 1st attempt with reusing yeast, assume under fermented. Its a maple barleywine so think the two flavors will mesh eventually.

Still on the SNPA, but AndyGator is imminent.

One more note. SNPA was my first craft beer from early 90s. We drank it warm after kung fu class, great after 3hr class. Started the craft brew appreciation.

So looked up pliny toddler. Aha stated "don't you wish you can have 5 elders.." thus the toddler recipe at 5ish% ABV. Hum, had 5 HB elder versions with no issues. Then again i see your a seahawk fan...so wimppy beers are up your alley. Go Niners!
