Went pretty well. Lower efficiency than I had anticipated, but will still come close to 8% ABV. Just cleaned-up and put the fermenter in the closet.

Having a HB Coff stout.

Sucks for you. What I miss about Vegas is the random Aussie and English girls kicking their friends out of their hotel rooms just so I can have a cozy place to sleep.
