Lastly

Having the second pour of the vanilla porter and a vanilla buffalo sweat side by side. The buffalo sweat takes the edge as its not as thin and a little more roasted flavor. Both great brews though

Glad you decided to crack it open. I need to get some of that vanilla buffalo sweat. Is it available in Colorado?

Busted open a 2012 WWS after much debate. Keeping the bcbs vertical going and have 2x 08 WWS I'm saving to celebrate the birth oft second set of twins. Delicious.

Congratulations. As a father of 2 I say, thank god I don't have 1 set of twins. Couldn't imagine 2 sets. :)

Thought this would be really good, unfortunately it is very tart and almost a sour, wonder what happened. My HB version tastes 1000x better...

Having the last two pints, from a Lagunitas Sucks sixer. Sad to see it go...

Way to keep things in perspective. I needed that ;) :mug:

Yep. It can always be worse. Bad team and run out of what turned into a good beer. Next on tap tomorrow will be apfelwein aka "keg of bad idea". Damn pipeline is running thin with only 1 beer fermenting that still needs to be dry hopped and 2 ciders. Uh oh. At least I have a whole bunch of random beers bottled already...

I was considering doing a 5 gal batch of apfelwein. Is this a bad idea?

Even though this bad boy showed up frozen due to everyone's polar tundra weather, still was great. thanks FermentNEthinG
