Thank you and your cellar fpr this Gabe! Its delicious! 2011 Orval

Balls and ass, that's all I got from that.Finishing with a Flower Power. Want to get up at a gentlemanly hour to start brewing. Not too early, though, since it will be balls ass cold outside. Well, at least for us sissy New England coasters.
Happy New Year West Coasters! Rock out in 2014 should be a wild year!
Last beer of the night..my double ipa again...sorry for the leg pic..too lazy to set a decent shot in a motel room in Napa.

Yes, yes there is. When beers are going to age for 18 months+ and I know they aren't ready, sampling is unnecessary.

Coffee while waiting to sit for brunch. And more importantly - hangover free (even after the 5am call from work)
Thanks for clearing that up Mr. Serious Pants. Without your ability to suck the fun out of a joke, I might have never known that there is such a thing as unnecessary sampling.

Coffee while I heat up my strike water.

Might be a good gift to have sometimes. Inebriated fv sampling is probably not a good idea. What can I say, I have a gift. That and I needed to talk myself out of sampling.
Sounds like a good forecast.Gentlemanly hour indeed! I just woke up. Well woke up again. Got up at 5 and made breakfast for my wife. I'm forecasting a 2 o'clock mash in here with a 90% chance of breakfast beer and occasional afternoon drunkeness.
