Last brew of the night! Southern Star - Buried Hatchet Stout. I really like it. It's not as full bodied as most stouts. Very drinkable!

Mystery beer I found in the basement. Turned out to be the oatmeal stout I brewed last year around this time. It's aged very well. It's lost every bit of the slight astringent note that was there up until the last time I tried which was who knows when.

Time for something with a little more bite. << Pike Monk's Uncle>> This is as close as you can get to home brew due to it being bottle conditioned. I like that about it.

Gotta keep in mind that this one will easily sneak up on you at 9% avb.
