No!!!! Please continue to educate us (well, myself at a minimum) with yeast knowledge. I haven't said it before, but I appreciate it and soak it up (as best I can) :mug:

Naw carry on grasshopper if there's anyone here that doesn't appreciate some good knowledge may be there in the wrong place ;-)

+3!!

Yeast knowledge is always good for us brewers! Count me in amongst those very interested in learning more about the yeastie beasties!! Someday I'll get into it, but I have got to get other more basic processes worked out first.

More sh!te coffee at work.

You didn't kill anything. But my question was answered and I'm attempting semi-productivity. And drinking water, though it is about beer thirty.

cleaning the garage?:fro:

Getting my car ready for a road trip in 3 weeks. New oil return line from turbo and newly-tapped oilpan. :)

Bravo/Bravo + (Amarillo 2 min) IPA. It's to die for.
Parti-gyle batch with a Chinook/Chinook + (Amarillo 2 min) + dry hopped.
The Bravo 1/2 is excellent. Love Bravo hops. They are good in pale's and cream ales as well. Probably try some in a dark beer sometime.
Chinook 1/2 is still in secondary.

Sorta. That came on the iPod. But Reasonable Doubt is still in steady rotation. 22 two's is on right now. NYC!

Post workout protein shake. Being on a diet/workout regimen makes starting drinking as soon as I get from home from work mighty difficult. :(

I still do it. Life is short.

Yeah, well I have fitness standards I have to meet for the Navy. If I don't meet them they can kick me out, so that's a pretty powerful motivator. I want to get out (and I will when this enlistment is up), but not like that.

I hear you, man. I don't ever want to be a fat ****. That's what keeps me motivated. Beer is obviously worse for my body than no beer, but I make sure I keep my body fat where it is during the summer especially. And make sure my lifts go up. If that works out, I don't mind slamming beers down during Summer. I typically don't drink much during winter.

And this whole time I thought the live cultures in my beer could be likened to the ones in yogurt. It's not healthy?

I'm a fat **** I guess. But I don't mind how I am.
I go to the gym a lot, about 5-6 times a week. I'd say I'm not out of shape but I prefer to drink great beers and slowly lose weight then to give it up all together. To stay on topic too I'm having these
And go cowboys!!!

Yeah, I'm not currently a fat ****, though some might argue with assertion, but I definitely need to lose some poundage. That's why I make beer my reward for being good during the day and try not to overdo it except on special occasions.

Haha, that's what I try to tell myself, but alas alcohol outweighs the good things about yeast. :(

I want to "Like" this post, but I can't in good conscience like a post containing support for the Cowboys. ;)

Hey Wes,

Knee Deep is coming to Texas Soon

"Production last year was 1,800 barrels (one barrel equals 31 gallons) and is anticipated to climb to as many as 3,000 barrels for 2013, with 93 percent of sales in California. [...] Knee Deep says its production and revenues are projected to triple in 2014 from the 2013 totals, and the company plans to distribute its beers in New York, Maryland, Florida, Texas and Illinois over the next 18 months."

Nice!

Put Billy-Klubb's HB sour in the fridge a bit ago to chill for tonight. Never tried a homebrew sour beer before so I'm pretty excited/a little nervous haha. No idea what to expect.

It's all good, fellas. Let's not cause an uproar here. :D:D:D

Time for another beer myself! :rockin:
