Funny story about lost wages.... I'm not much of a gambler and the last two years at the car rental show I haven't gambled at all. But this year I had gone down to the casino early in the morning and found a Starbucks. Well for a croissant and a white mocha of course ran like $12.00. I had only taken a $20 bill downstairs with me and left my wallet in the room and all the noises of the casino got the best of me so $8 dollars change went into the machine. Well 2nd to the last play I hit for $883 cashed out and snapped a pic. Didn't gamble again all weekend.

Thats dangerous drinking very easy to slosh and spill,you need to grasp it sideways holding the stem between the thum and index its more secure. Ive spilt it a few times cupping,not a fan. Especially if full. Have at if you like though.

Ha... I don't know if you have experience with Wyeast 1010 American wheat, but it smells like absolute ass. I mean, the most condensed sulfuric fart smells imaginable. I made a high gravity honey wheat on Monday, and today it went into full throttle. The entire house reeks like booty. She made one comment on it, but other than that she's been cool with it. The last time I used this yeast, she texted me at work and said she had company coming over and needed this thing the hell out of the house NOW. I think she's starting to like it

Definitely do, Weyerbacher makes nice sours. And yeah, for the most part the wife's cool with gear in inconvenient places around the house.

My wife just laughs, then goes and pours a big glass of wine and walks away. She is actually super cool about the brewing stuff. Just started a batch of Apfelwine and it was stinking pretty bad. She actually didn't mind. The whole house smelled like Bigfoots d!ck!! Myabe she has met Bigfoot.....

Bwahahahahahaha! Yeah, mine's generally cool with it as long as they're not in her way directly. ATM, the largest fermenter in the living room is her shiraz. Mine are all tucked away nicely in a closet.

The thing that amazes me is how absurdly clear this beer is. And to have such an amazing hop nose and taste it's crazy. I would love to clone this.
