Looks damn tasty! Im just starting off with a couple Labatt. I think I may go ahead and harvest my Rice Wine today.

Been drinking Brain's Citra. Not bad. Also Butcombe bitter and The Kernel's Black IPA VI, which was very nice.

Lolo's Dry Hopped Amber. it's very tasty!

edit: very nice aroma and hop flavor. not overpowering at all. kind of a creamy mouth feel with a great semi-sweet after taste. it works very well with the hops. PM me the recipe. I want a keg of this.

Saison at the Wedge in Asheville. Brett, coriander, and orange peel make a breakfast tea like flavor / astringency. Much better than the last saison I had here. And 3.50$ for a full pour is hard to beat.

I'm guessing simcoe & citra?

Yes, and boy they didn't hold back. It's almost overwhelming, and what's strange is it it has plenty of aroma but the hop flavor is unreal. I've never seen the difference between hop flavor and aroma be so exaggerated. It's like drinking perfume almost.

My wife says all IPA's are gross and "tastes like perfume". More for me...

Sierra Nevada Celebration. Tastes a little out of date, like it's leftover on the shelves. Still good though. The hop forwardness has faded but only slightly. Still really tasty.
