Wish I had a recipe. Website is in French, and I went so far as to have my former-highschool-French-teacher wife help me compose an intelligible email asking for a recipe. Never heard back; not terribly surprising, given the current international climate.

Doing a Guiness stout - my "A" ... In most A/B comparisons of Stouts. Really goes down easy. I credit Guiness for my decision to make my HB Irish Stouts at ~4% ... They go down easy.

After a morning of a cheese and smoked meat run, having a few home brews at my favorite tavern.

Visited two of my favorite spots; fresh curds then some flavored brats, chorizo, pepperoni and snack sticks.

AL brewed dubbel. Nice aroma and taste.
