The "barrel aged" is strong with this one. Without reading the back of the label I guessed it was Old Dominic whiskey barrels (local distillery), I wasn't wrong

Last pour of my HB Pecan Porter brewed Nov. 28th. Keg kicked. I’d forgotten about it for the longest time. I’ll definitely brew this one again.

Miller High Life on the left, my beer on the right. I was happy with how mine cleared, but it shows what filtration does for you. We as homebrewers don’t really have great filtration options. I am still happy with this. This is 5 days in the keg.
