Just got wind that the pipes bursted above the NICU at St. David's hospital here in town. Brutal..

Newest Westvleteren-12 clone. Alcohol hit toned down a bit. Fermenting warmer did the trick. Getting some fruity esters for sure.

HB Belgian Bathwater (Dubbel)

First experiment with D-180 Dark Candi. Tasted awful for about four weeks. At 12 weeks (since Thanksgiving) it’s tasting really good now.
