Ok, time for the big one! Lemon-pine off the nose, and initial taste is almost a sour butterscotch..if that makes sense. Maybe a bit of blackberry as well, and a lingering caramel...but not sweet. Super clean finish. Wow!! Very nice. ☺

Had a peach sour and a big bad baptist double chocolate double peanut butter stout from my local tap house earlier today. Now I'm enjoying a dry hopped pilsner at home.

I love seeing TG beers in western NY and was shocked to see this bottle hit the shelves with a bottling date of 1/6/21. Damn it’s delicious and very orange forward!

Chilled espresso with cola. Wife started making them this week and they’re insanely good. Apparently there was a thing called Coca Cola Black about 15 years ago. I’d never heard of it but she drank em in college. I’m hooked. Combines my two worst vices.

Well you can buy them again. I just saw them in a Kroger yesterday, in a can. I can't imagine! I thought how very weird for someone to want to buy a coke with coffee . To each his own. Like a red bull on steroids!

Actually, she just said a few minutes ago that apparently theres a coke with coffee again. I wouldn't think its any more caffeinated than an iced coffee with sweetener? Its strangely good, though. I'm into it.

We took the ornaments down but we have left the tree up and lit. It gives nice mood light at night and a big dose of green in the house over a dreary winter stuck at home is a decent pick me up.

Some “fresh” Orval. Just picked this bottle up. Already a year old. Delish.
The dregs are being dumped into my Orval clone (BYO) I brewed back in August. I fermented with WLP510 then hit it with some Orval dregs a week after initial pitch. Six months later I’ll dump some more bugs in.
