One of the best sours I've ever had.

That beer is in my all time top 5. Their Hibernator may be my favorite. It's since been discontinued...
Time to pick out a stain.

Skinny planks, clear (imo)
Didn't know they distributed that far away.
Damn drank half, little boozy and then looked at ABV. Guess it’s going to be one of those nights!
What? No one told me it’s National Beer For Breakfast day.

Stopped at local Humdinger Brewing after work to take home some verde pork belly nachos with white beans, and a crowler of Night Grinder, golden coffee stout.

They’re hanging in there. They’ve got 12 of their beers currently on tap, and a lot of their food is restaurant quality, so they get a fair amount of to-go business, which I assume keeps them afloat.Glad to see your buddy is still around in the California business environment. Are you getting involved in the Pliny the Younger box in February? Looking at having one shipped to SLO for whenever I get there next year.
Long story but I have to brew this way. Not the norm for sure. This is the HB Mango/Jalapeno hard lemonade, 7%ish, bottled earlier today.

I guess we are approaching PtY time. The past couple years it’s been available on tap at several local bars, and I’ve had no trouble getting several pints of it. But I have no idea how that’ll shake out this February with the whole COVID thing. It’s quite good, better than PtE in my opinion, but if I can’t get any of this time around I’ll be okay with that. The thrill of the hunt is not what it once was. But I’m still going to keep my eyes open for it.
