My first sample of my mixed-ferm table saison. Only 2 weeks in the bottle, so It has a loooong way to go, but the initial sample is delicious. Already a hint of funk so I imagine it will get better as it sits in the bottle.

Local grocery store. I've purchased this stuff all over the nation and my success rate has been 1 good to 10 bad. I've had it that was absolutely beautiful, but that's been the exception.


The beer pictured below however, is what it should be. Exceptional. But I really HATE these "best by" dates. That's my decision. Just tell me what day it was packaged.

Hardywood Park Craft Brewery - Mawmaw's Mean Cobbler. A Belgian style ale with peaches and spices. Tastes like a peach pie or cobbler, which is cool, but I'm also getting a hint of plastic which is off putting.
