A little fun while I clean draft lines.
Thank you for explaining how every nation in history got their borders
Don't pander to me. Not only was one of my majors US and World history before I became an Army nurse but I was stationed at Ft Sam and lived 10 min from the Alamo for 15 years. Call it what you want to. Theft is theft
I’m so happy you enjoyed it! Cheers bud and happy birthday!19th hole. Was gonna wait for a special occasion, maybe when quarantine abruptly ends. Riiight. Well. Happy Birthday to me! Awesome bottle @pshankstarView attachment 688125
Yeah, all is well. Great news about Jorge, but ummmmmmmm (awkward)...how about the OEC in that photo?
Mexico's territory stretched at least as far North as Monterey, California's first capital.

That looks soooooo D-Lish!!!!!
Looks perfect to me!!!HB Guinness Draught clone. I’m getting closer with every try, but still so far away. This is close but a touch too dark still. It will be interesting to see if my new Irish malt and British roasted make a noticeable difference.
Golden wheat fields in the distance.

It's a good beer, I really like it. I usually enjoy a couple in the fall but during recent stop at BevMo I saw it on the shelf and heard it calling my name. That looks soooooo D-Lish!!!!!
I've had pretty good luck with the warm ferments,I spent the holiday weekend in the big city of Charlotte with my wife for a little anniversary stay-cation. Hit a couple breweries and tap rooms. Not many pics. Got back to my little piece of heaven yesterday and proceeded to crack @TwistedGray Apricot Sour. Probably my favorite from him so far.

Today I cracked the first of my “light” lagers and I believe I nailed it. Warm fermented with 34/70. 3.2% abv and quite “crispy” even at only a week in the bottle. Another week of conditioning and some time in the fridge and it should be great.
