Definitely can’t wait to dive in to this side of home brewing. Mainly the sour side, but also very interested in the low abv part of it too!

Sours and anything with a zing or a zip will take low ABV well. Browns, too. Everything else has proven to be quite the challenge.

Looks good @TwistedGray, I also got some of your apricots. I might do my first brew in a year this summer with them.

Thanks to good old Corony virus, the local ish gastro pub closed down and were thoughtful enough to shout me a keg of delicious local brewery fyne ales easy trail for free! Unlike me to be not getting high on my own supply but can't beat free beer.

Also just heard the government are flipping and going to pay self employed people 80 percent of normal earnings regardless of whether I can work out not, and also that my 90kg graino of has been processed for delivery before they shut up shop, so I'm feeling pretty good.

I mean the untold suffering this thing is going to cause is a bit of a bummer, but today it's all working out nice for me and I'm bloody well enjoying it while it lasts, as these things have a tendency to be fleeting...

150 chloride to 75 sulfate
Extremely soft and full bodied
Used Us-05 to see if I could really make the hops stand out and it didn’t disappoint.
