Just curious when you added your Strata hop additions and how you liked the outcome?

I recently brewed a wheat Strata IPA and I’m now leaning towards 0min or whirlpool additions only for the strata hops. Love the the flavor of them Strata hops! [emoji482]

10, 5, whirlpool and then dry hop in increasing amounts. Great flavors and would agree it’s best post boil if you are combining with other hops. I quite enjoy them too!

I sampled a small pull from my wild yeast harvested open fermented apricot sour, blah blah blah

Followed by trying to clear this keg of 4yr old sour

and some of @JCasey1992 Hazelnut Porter

and a sour a friend brought over from Sacramento

anddddddddddd we split one of these blueberries

I still have to cook dinner...we'll see how well that goes.

I like Breckenridge. When we’re in the city and I don’t have any homebrew those 15 can Breck variety packs are my go to beer. I really like their Vanilla Porter.

That’s what I’m working on now. It was a V-day gift from my wife. A liquor store nearby has a little room in the store that is Colorado only beers.
