Let’s hear the co2 story. Was there a leak or just needed time?

I wish I knew! Checked so many times for a leak and couldn’t find one. Decided to hit it with 30 psi overnight (I always set and forget at 11-12psi) and the next morning I had decent carbonation. Still scratching my head.

Then I made him drink this with me from @JewBrew. It tastes like a Barleywine and not a stout, to me, so when you get pay that, it's nice. They certainly didn't try to hide the booze, but I enjoyed the malt sweetness. My neighbor was a nice victim, lol...I had him playing guitar by the end of the night.

They hired the manager from Reaver Beach Brewing about 6 months ago to be their sales rep for our area of the East Coast to increase distribution. I would guess we should see more by next summer.

I've never had the bourbon version, but I can imagine it wouldn't be satisfying. Three Philosophers almost begs for a wine barrel. And it certainly lives up to my expectations.

That’s my mug as a member of the mug club. They were made by a local artist and that particular mug is an easy 22oz and I pay for pints

Every year, our club has a fantasy draft where we draft ingredients, and brew beers with the results. This year, I drafted breakfast cereal as one of my seven ingredients.

I intend to win again this year.
