Couple hb strawberry ales. Trying to kill the keg to make room for my cherry cider.

4yr grandson had his regular 6 month heart check up. Oldies here may remember his condition. Left side is enlarged w/valve condition gotten a little worse. Going on high blood pressure medication also. Surgery is a possibility. Which is hard on him since he only has 1 kidney. In addition, blood tests in 2 days to see if his immune system can handle live vaccines yet.

OT...HB Dubbel earlier now this.View attachment 636931View attachment 636932
Man that is tough. Prayers from our family to all involved.

I just caught up with this. It is pretty amazing all that can be done now, and the resilience of the kiddos. Trusting all goes exceedingly well.

HB under carbed sweet stout.

8.5% Dark Saison with cherries. Only ten days in the bottle but wow the yeast blend really knocked this one out. In a month or a year it’ll be even better.

We should get you into the HB trade next go around, so just save a few bottles of your home brew for the rest of us, okay?

Yeah I do need to start dipping my toe into the HB trades sometime soon, maybe after summer. I gotta get the pipeline (and the beers) more consistent. I do lurk in there and drool over all the goodies you guys are sharing. I'll keep some of these around for trading for sure.

We try to play Spring Valley once a year as a guys trip, not with the wives. Clarion was a couples trip, which was still a ton of fun.
@brandtrepair and I are both members up at Gruis, south of Buffalo Center.

Have you played Rice Lake, the Lake Mills course? Pretty nice as well! Bear Creek in Forest City can be fun, the front 9 is pretty boring, but the back 9 is long and fun!
