I did:
50% 2 row
50% white wheat
Mash @ 148 for 60 minutes

Boil 15 minutes
1oz Hawaiian sea salt in boil
2oz lightly toasted/cracked coriander in boil

Cool and pitch WLP644
72 hours into fermentation pitch lacto

At bottling add a tincture made with 2 cups anejo tequila 2oz lime peel 1oz tangerine peel and 1/2 oz Hungarian oak cubes.
