After 2hrs of sleep, guys came to get the pool up. Epic failure on my part but working overtime in an air conditioned facility for a few hours to pay knowledgeable folks to work in the 102F heat to get our pool up sounded like a great tradeoff.

HB galaxy/mosaic ipa. 1st time using incognito. Took well over a month to become drinkable, was super bitter in an unpleasant back-of-tongue way. Now its super juicy & maybe the most intensely fruity beer I’ve brewed. Glad I was patient with this one.

Also 1st time using CellarScience oxblox.

This one was really, really good. I drank half a bottle while eating the final dish of dinner, the cheese. Tonight we had Morbier, gooey Coeur de Leon Camembert, and the best St. Maure du Touraine goat cheese I've had in the month we've been here.
