Lunch beer. Had to compare my fizzy yellow beer to a commercial one. Mine has a little more color and tastes like beer. This one tastes, I don’t know, sort of like a faintly beer flavored hard seltzer. Oh well, it’s cold and wet.

Having another Andina Guava Saison...just enough grain taste to counteract the sweet guava and the 6.4%. It's a nice brew.

I'm thinking Saison for my next one as well, a Belgian Dubbel...did the calculations, and looking at 7.75% with the liquid Imperial Triple/Double B48. Nice!

It's going to be a great week!!

I took the kids camping at our family property this weekend. No running water, no electricity and best of all no cell service. One of my favorite places to go!! Left the wife home so she could recharge and have no demands on her for two days.
