What was the base beer? Care to share a recipe? I'm thinking of making a raspberry sour with Philly Sour using a Berliner for the base. Never brewed a sour before so I'm not sure if it'll work.
Basically a Gose style.
6.5lbs German Pilsen
3.5lbs Malted white wheat
0.5lbs Corn Sugar
1oz of Tettnanger @ 60min
0.5oz Sea salt @ 10min
1qt Pineapple Juice on day 7
I think it turned out good. The pineapple is there, but not in your face.
