NA HB 0.0 Pale Ale (Callista and Mosaic)

I just ordered half of a pound of Callista a few weeks ago. You mentioning it just now might be the first I've really seen anyone around here bring it up. A local brewery makes a dynamite kellerpils with it. I could never hope to replicate it, but I figure I can still cook up a pilsner and a few smash brews with it.

Drinking a homebrew NEIPA currently. Not the best beer I have ever had... but perhaps the best I have ever made. Very pleased.

Love New Belgium's IPA and they aren't too far down the road great beer while waiting on my HB IPA to carb. Now I just need to get some Dry Dock Apricot Blonde love that stuff.

Trying one of my HB Drunken Emu Cider clones, for testing purposes, of course. There were a few natural bubbles when I poured, but they didn't last. Then I remembered this was one of the 'still' bottles! Hopefully the carbed bottles turn out even better.

Great dry apple flavour, little bit tart with a hint of lemon/grapefruit. I'm very happy with the clarity so far, and not a touch of heavy sediment. Tested out to around 10.5% as well. Woo!
