And finally ... the 2000 piece Quarantine Puzzle is completed! To celebrate, my HB Dark Corner ESB. The only beer I have ever entered in a competition (the Iron Hill Brewery national contest in Jan.). Was mainly interested in getting some pro brewer and judge feedback. Well, this beer scored 46 (out of 50) from the two judges, and just barely missed out on a top 5 finish. Only negative comment was that bottle headspace was a little too small (I can live with that), otherwise some very nice remarks ("superb"). Score sheet is now on the wall!
