Carb check of my monster stout. No carb at all. It's gonna take a while for this one I am sure. Taste amazing though. It's a boozy vanilla chocolate shake to "celebrate" finding myself without a job for the second time in a year. Factory life sucks. At least this time I am financially much more prepared. Wish I didn't get the wife that damned Cadillac though.

Seems it got you back in the house a time ago ...

Leia's Kiss IPA. The best Beer I have brewed yet. Others were very good, except one dumper, but this is everything I was looking for in an IPA.

Picked up three kinds of tea today to test and see which I wanna boil into the wheat IPA .. getting grain and hops next pay day and finally brewing for the first time in 4 months.

Damned Blichmann burner is gunna set me back. Better to only cry once

Cool stuff my feed has been boring lately haha if anybody wants I'm RevvKevv on there. This is distinct beer #498 since last may (added a splash of Bourbon because it doesn't stand up to the imperial biscotti)

Always wondered about peoples rating systems , I've been that big beer has been a solid 2.5 and anything I'll ever get again is above a 4. Completely subjective but works for me.. because no beer is bad beer

My recently finished Vienna Lager!

Grist consists of 83% Vienna and a mix of Victory, Caramunich and Melanoiden. 22 IBU's with Mt. Hood and Hallertauer Hersbrucker. WLP833 German Bock Yeast. 4.7% ABV.

Such a delicious, rich toasted/nutty malt flavor.I was worried that this would be too sweet given the yeast was on the low end of attenuation (FG of 1.017) but the end result is just fantastic. For the ABV, it drinks like a bigger beer and is just extremely enjoyable. Proud of this one!
