NY guys, you have to get this single hop DBL IPA from Grimm. This is the best expression of Centennial hops I’ve ever had. Nothing like you would expect from Centennial. I get candied orange, Pine, and resin citus character. Truly amazing View attachment 662210

I love their hyperfocus line of beers. Haven’t had this one but I had one featuring eukanot a few weeks back. Was fantastic.
