@Dgallo Milo HB. Citra/Mosaic traditional combo comes through. Connan yeast? Not an expert on Chinook but something adds an off center yet flavorful addition. My sons girlfriend happen to walk by when opening and asked what fruit was in there. Clear apricot/nectarine undertones. Not a single hint of off flavors, no diacetyl, no Phenols, no oxidation. In a nutshell I hate your guts for brewing such a phenomenal NEIPA in your home! Bravo! Bravo!

I officially love Colorado. Post afternoon hike brew.

First and only time in Colorado (Denver) we got a limo to a strip club, picked up an angry Russian (?) lady old enough to be our grandmother who needed a ride (we thought), got drunkenly lost, died a little, and ended up with a insanely expensive taxi ride at about 4am. The next day we shot a wedding and went home. I think it was a nice city?

Glad you liked it brother! Tried a new waterprofile and mashing process for body and head retention. The yeast was A24 Imperial Dryhop!

Seems like you were well aware of the situation. We’ll be heading into Denver tomorrow for the next few days.
