Nice floral bouqet. First sip and I thought it was a Perry. Looked at the ingredients and its an apple-pear blend. Not terrible, but I would not get again unless I'm planning on eating some ungodly hot Indian or Thai dish. Have not decided on the next bottle.

Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker (Yorkshire Bitter brewed with Golden Promise malt). Refreshingly bitter but balanced, I like it.
