Either you weigh 500lbs, or you're pissing me off! [emoji6] Finally decided to stop drinking for a while, 245 was just too heavy. Just got below 240 for the first time this year and only took 5 days. Promised to not touch a drink until 210...so 2019?? Until then cheers w/unsweeten tea. [emoji19]

Been hovering within 174-182 lbs. for 17 years. Currently sitting at 179. Still lean. My liver may not be in great shape, though. Eat as clean as possible, work-out, and drink your ass off. Trust me. It works. [emoji23]

I hover around 200-205 eat plenty of red meat and tons of beer and whiskey. My liver is probably a screen door, but feel very healthy. I even treadmill a few times a week. Getting older has not slowed me down at all. So on that note, back to my beer.

My friends and family have been enjoying my home brewed Black Butte Porter clone. In fact I am enjoying one right now. Creamy, roasty, chocolate, malty and very balanced! A bit hit here!
