Allen never misses a saint somewhere post and Gabe never misses an oerbier post. It's like they have radar, haha.
Anyone ever see this stratification of colors before? Light/clear at the bottom and real dark at the top, weird
Judged a decent combined flight of Amber hybrid and German wheat and Rye beer this morning. Then had a Beast Mode and a Peakskills with lunch. Now about judge stouts.
I'm guessing that's bugs/yeast floccing out. Clear lets more light through and get absorbed (darker) where the yeast/bugs reflect it and look a little lighter. That's how it works in non sours. I've never really watched it in my sours, but I'd assume it's the same but just takes longer.
Damn this is good! Cleaning he basement, not so much.

I really enjoyed their beers when I was in Denver in October. I'll be stout drinking shortly.

Crisp and tart not bad at all for the price.
It's snowing and I'm thirsty.
Pour of Bionic Commando.
Half the pint was gone after 3 gulps. If I end up with a beer gut, I am holding @billy-Klubb liable. And @Ridire won't even be able to bail his ass out.
