Feeling very fat at the moment.

Over forty pounds of beer inbound... Not sad about that. Two miles from fff again today but the six and eleven year old girls likely won't be happy with me if I stopped by. I would do it it they were like their mother and gave me the silent treatment for the whole ride home.

Allen never misses a saint somewhere post and Gabe never misses an oerbier post. It's like they have radar, haha.

I should've taken a picture of my bottle of 2013 Stille Nacht. Maybe Gabe would've graced us with his presence to tell me to hold on to it longer. :D

Anyone ever see this stratification of colors before? Light/clear at the bottom and real dark at the top, weird

I'm guessing that's bugs/yeast floccing out. Clear lets more light through and get absorbed (darker) where the yeast/bugs reflect it and look a little lighter. That's how it works in non sours. I've never really watched it in my sours, but I'd assume it's the same but just takes longer.

Kicked the cider keg. My fresh squeezed clone can be kegged today if I think it's done enough. I should cold crash it but I may not.

Sample pour of Brick Oven Pale Ale during a hopstand on the same beer. Drinking on the job. That's the easy way, for sure.

Trying to figure out what beer I should have next. Until then, I am listening to the best song ever created.

I'm going to give it more time and see how it develops

Drinking the hard way after brewing the easy way. Overnight mash BIAB floccin nailed my numbers... pumped up. I'll get into some HBs later, gotta stay on the water for now.

Coffee. Just made some rice crispy treats for the blue and gold dinner tomorrow. Gotta make some potato side dish too. Might save that for tomorrow morning. Finally feeling less hungover, so it's time to get stuff done.
