Son wants to do something since daughter is napping, so I'm thinking we'll work on his pinewood derby car.

The year I won a pinewood derby, some dad made his son's car so ridiculous that it was sorely overweight. The only on-the-fly option they had to get it to meet regulation weight was to drill holes in it, of course the car was painted yellow too. Poor kid ended up with a swiss-cheese mobile.

Can't drink any more unless it's beer.. almost done..

@finsfan is a supporting member, so he can change his screen name. Brb, going to start a whitehouse petition..

Yo @bucknuts here is the real thread I was thinking of for the Brett Brux trois:

Thanks for the heads up I PM'd Coff and he hooked me up with a bunch of good info. It's weird that a company as big as Whitelabs would mis-classify a yeast but it appears that's what happened. I bought 2 vials so I'm going to go forward as planned and reviews of "brett" brus trois are really good.

Man I wish i had that many breweries just a stones through away from me. The closes is 30mins not counting my own lol

Denver is super-saturated with breweries right now. When at Hall, i had a brief idea of stopping at all the breweries between them and my house. I would need to be able to drink like @Remmy and I'd likely pass out at the 6th or 7th and still not be close to home.
9 breweries, distance = 26.3 miles (just googled it). Which leads me to believe i should create a 'South Denver Brewery Marathon' :)

The hop flavor is fantastic. If you do some reading on Pacific Gem hops, it seems like a middle-of-the-road hop. I think it's awesome. Most of the notes are of blackberry, as per other individuals. I definitely get some berry flavor, unlike any other hop I've used. This beer tastes like a beer that had a few lbs. of fruit to it. But it's the hops that give it that character. Pretty dope.
