It's my bucket 'o dregs. Also smells awesome.

It hasn't been fed lately, so all the bubbles have collapsed. I hadn't opened it in a month or more until I took that picture. There is probably a gallon of 'beer' under the funk and above the yeast cake. Might have to try siphoning some for a taste test.
