Al Harrington at Al Harrington's Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm-Flailing Tubeman Emporium and Warehouse in Weekapaug, Rhode Island

Hey I'm RI, I've never heard of such an emporium by Al Harrington. Oh man Treehouse Brewery is making some nice beer. Their Green IPA was dangerously delicious, having an imperial stout now that is outstanding.

W00t!! Got this in a trade. Can't wait to try it.

Feeling human again. Took a long drive for so e hops today and got what I needed. Gonna go finish the boil now. Might have a slightly funky RIS now. Oh well. It'll still be beer I suppose.

Good beer right there how do you like it?

Not what I was expecting when I saw "traditional sour mash" on the label. It's good, but it's definitely a beginners Berliner.

I would have Amarillo-ed the hell out of that thing and hoped the roast would cover any "bad" qualities from bittering with Amarillo. How did you store it?

Well, as it turns out, I was missing all of my hops for this recipe. But I found them all at the store today.

There was more hops in this big bad boy than I remember! So, basically all I did was put the lid on my keggle and just left it sit overnight. Everything looks and smells just like it did yesterday, so I'm just going to forge on. I guess I should take inventory of all brewday necessities before I start. I'm just bewildered as to where all those hops went! I remember buying them...just weird.

Cigar City/Coronado Brewing The Last Spike not-so-common IPA. Huh? It's a Cal Common/ipa with Northern Brewer/chinook/pacific jade sitting at 7.4%. Wood, pine, grapefruit, caramel-ly. Pretty good

Best of luck! Would it even matter since you haven't boiled yet?

Not a whole lot. I probably might have gotten away with another day, but if it would've began to spontaneously ferment before I boiled, some wild beasts may have imparted some funk. I would guess similar to a sour mash. I don't think this little hiccup will have hurt anything.

Having more pumpkin HB by the fire. The coyotes are howling. I'm still outside on the iPad! **** them!

More Red's Rye PA now that the 17th anniversary has been killed. Oh how I love Amarillo hops.

I went to whole foods and they had about 15 cases.. Bottled on 8/30.. I think i need to let the other three sit for a while.. The coffee taste is intense.
