That looks and sounds tasty and I'm curious to know more about it, loganklaas. Am I right to assume it's a dark mild grist with a Belgian yeast? I could sure see that working (and being a great way to build up cell counts for something big).
Yes, it was a Belgian yeast (BE-256). First time I’ve used that yeast. That looks and sounds tasty and I'm curious to know more about it, loganklaas. That only comes in a variety pack here. I can get packs of the other two but for some reason, they don't distribute this one, the best one IMHO. Mind Haze conspiracy man!Spent part of the day on a small landscaping project.
Time to relax with some Mind Haze Brain Melter.

Your post reminds me such good times. My grandpa Bum, Dad's dad, got a bumper pool table when I was about 10 in 1977. I remember the trip bringing it back to his house. Every summer, I'd stay with both sets of grandparents in Lincoln. Grandpa would later tell stories how I ran the table on his drinking buddies he'd bring over. They'd get so pissed being toasted by this little kid! I guess there wasn't much to do except practice while everyone worked during the day. Sadly, he was the first to pass on, on of all days, Memorial weekend, 1990.A Montana beer… cheers @grampamark . I hope you’re doing well. Playing pool. My dad (“grandpa”) lining up his shot.View attachment 876406
