Dammit... that reminds me of a bad situation I had 40 years ago when I lived in Hawaii. I grabbed the first 2 things I could get my hands on in the liquor store.... Seagrams Gin and Pepsi... NASTY, and I still can't touch either to this day...Tasty nightcap

If you want to go healthy and crazy easy do fish en papillote. Fish wrapped in waxed paper. Yea. You smell up the house a bit Some herbs, capers and lemons are a must. Any other type of vegetable inside the wax paper comes out great. Especially grape tomatoes. I'm sure you could do something similar on the grill with maybe added smokiness. They got those tin foil wraps.
Noooow if you want to go carb crazy. Ritz cracker cod.

I’ve been to Jamaica 3 times. Loved it there. Love me some Jerk Chicken. I’m gonna say Sandals waters their beer in corny kegs. What I got in town was much better, nowhere near the same.Red Stripe with my Jamaican themed dinner.
