We stop there whenever we head down to the keys. Great little brewery!! Quaint keys vibe all the way!!I was in Florida working and i picked up this Islamorada Pale Ale. An Island Citrus Ale featuring a slight orange aroma with maltiness and slightly hoppy. It is light and refreshing.

So.... I finished my second IPA. was settling into my recliner ready to watch home improvement retruns, when the BOSS, very nicely asked me if I could hang the "summer" drapes after I removed the" winter drapes" "this weekend- she KNOWS I want to rottotill the garden tomorrow and put up the critter fence, she KNOWS, I want go trout fishing Saturday morning and get my boat ready to put it in its slip.. so I hung drapes- TONIGHT- lucky for me, she knows how I think, once the last drape was hung, my reward, in the shape of a home brew coffee porter- life is GOOD!Thursdays are my Fridays, so time to crack open a fresh batch of Citra dry hopped IPA home brew I bottled a week ago- quite yummy and not green at all- time for another!
You're getting helles pissed!
That does sound (and look) delightful. I'm planning a modern hoppy ale again and I don't have a lot of experience with Mosaic, do you mind me asking what your ratios are? I'm assuming the hop schedule leans on the whirlpool and dry hops?If I had to choose one beer...one beer above all others, this would be the one: HB Session IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. 5.2%, 53 ibu. Fortunately, I have 7 others on tap ;-)
