Saw that one yesterday in the store, how is it? We get quite a few of their beers down here.

"Fixed" HB Hazy. Added about 1/3lbs lactose for some body/sweetness. I use Honey Malt so hopefully that's the darker color. Still have some hop oil to try if needed.

This one is a little young. A few years in the cave will improve it, or not. We'll see.

Welp, the Imperial Stout ended a bit short at 11.2% (only 1 week with Kveik). This is making the beer too bitter for my liking. It is, however, very clean tasting! Luckily I have some Lactose from fixing the Hazy. So many new ingredients (yeast) and changed up the way I brew so guess there's bound to be a learning curve. Going to keg this...only 1 week after brewing....a Russian Imperial Stout...WOW!

And finally another Smog City Beer. A Coffee Porter. Really heavy on the coffee. May be up all night.
