Kegging sample of a HB Cream Ale, my latest Fizzy Yellow Beer. Even warm and flat it tastes pretty good. My Busch Latté drinking friends should like this-finished at 6.3%.

Batch # 198, brewed 2/18/24, 10 gallon batch;

20# Weyerman Bohemian malt, Czech

1.2 Oz Spatz, first wort

1.2 Oz Tetanger, 30 min boil (60 min total).

S-189 yeast.

Fermented at around 52F, keg spund carbonated, cold crashed, lagered, and now served.

While it was defiantly worth the wait, I have to admit this is the almost half way though the 2nd keg.

Not sure how long this has been out, it's a limited release, but I find it delicious!
Wonderful hop aroma and taste.
If you're not into "hoppy" you probably will not like this one.

Kids trampoline is up for the season. Now the new gazebo top is being a pain in the @$$ to put on. I think it’s not the right size even though the description says it’s the right one. Hopefully some time out will help it loosen and stretch some.
So beer time since it’s decent weather to sit outside.
