Cascade at 90 (1/2 oz), 60 (3/4 oz), 30 (2 oz) and whirlpool (1 oz).
US-05 @ 68F
Dry hop 1.75oz Cascade for 3 days. Cold crash.
First mead I made. Last time I tried it was about a year ago. It is 3 years old now & finally tasting almost as good as beer. Almost.
Seems better as an after dinner drink. Is actually pretty dry, but still has honey taste. I would not be surprised if the yeast selection has added to flavor in a good way.
Made with some bulk Brazilian honey from 2006, water, BE-256 yeast & yeast nutrients
