HB Kolsch.
HB clone of “Wallops Island” Brown Ale by Rocket Frog Brewing Company. Having never had a Wallops Island, I can’t tell if it was a success or not! 
HB wheat
Super good beer. Not overly sweet and just the right amount of blueberry and vanilla flavor. I then had to bring home four 16 ounce cans of their American Stout and Ponderosa Pale.
Lots of coffee aroma and taste, touch of bitter, good mouth feel. Nice stout.
Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA.

Spinning 3eb with hb ipa, probably gonna bottle for that competition, bottles due tomorrow... yeah.
Nest up, thrice, still hb ipa, this keg gotta clear a little before bottling for competition.

I’m still drinking the last beer. But thinking about adding this to a class I teach to illustrate that regressions can be helpful or crap, especially with a log scale. Ha!

Czech dark lager. So good.
Earlier, a tasty, refreshing Weißbier
OG 1.054 FG 1.011 (5.75 gallons into fermenter)
Maris Otter and 3% C60.
Cascade at 90 (1/2 oz), 60 (3/4 oz), 30 (2 oz) and whirlpool (1 oz).
US-05 @ 68F
Dry hop 1.75oz Cascade for 3 days. Cold crash.
Croatian Dark Lager. Very tastey. It reminds me of Köstritzer Schwarzbier but maybe a tad sweeter.

First mead I made. Last time I tried it was about a year ago. It is 3 years old now & finally tasting almost as good as beer. Almost.
Seems better as an after dinner drink. Is actually pretty dry, but still has honey taste. I would not be surprised if the yeast selection has added to flavor in a good way.
Made with some bulk Brazilian honey from 2006, water, BE-256 yeast & yeast nutrients

It is a Schwarzbier according to the label.
Another dark lager. This one has more chocolate notes than the last.
